ALMOND CUPCAKE v 2.0 ESPRESSO FROSTING

so the tortoni cupcakes are delicious, but they’re just almond. like almond on almond. what about coffee on almond? SUPER DELICIOUS.

ESPRESSO BUDDACREAM

1/2c margarine
4c powdered sugar
1/4c cold espresso
1/2t vanilla extract

whip everything up in an electric mixer, frosting does not happen by whisk. at least not with my pudgy little cupcake-eating arms. anyway, this frosting is it. so fareaking good. i really like it with the almond cupcakes, but it would probably be awesome on chocolate, vanilla, or even banana.
